Bench

5 - 295 x 6

Chins
5 - 25 x 8

Inverted Row - Wide
5 - BW x 12

Incline DB Press
1 - 120 x 4 - 3-2
1 - 110 x 4-3-2
3- 100 x 4-3-2

Flaired Pull Down
5 - 120 x 12
Leaned back slightly, used close grip attachment, pulled to my chin, and tried to pull the handles apart the entire set.

Arnold press
4 - 55 x 10

Ft360 Iron Cross
4 - 13 x 12


Back was easy but chest was hard.
