Flaired Pull Down
5 - 120 x 12
Leaned back slightly, used close grip attachment, pulled to my chin, and tried to pull the handles apart the entire set.
Arnold press
4 - 55 x 10
Ft360 Iron Cross
4 - 13 x 12
Back was easy but chest was hard.
