My Workout



Tuesday was off. Monday was an easy day. This week I will have 2 heavy pairs and 1 light pair of days.

Pin Bench Press
4 - 265 x 8

V Grip Chins
4 - 25 x 8

Shoulder Press
4 - 165 x 8

DB Row - Neutral Grip
4 - 100 x 8

Parallel Bar Dips
4 - 50 x 8

Bent Over Rows

4 - 155 x 8

Things were easy, maybe too easy. Well that is OK because as I start week C Wednesday and Thursday will be heavy. On light days I will do reps of 6, on the heavy days the reps will be 3.
