My Workout - Phase X Week C Day 1

Weight Training Journal



I am now entering week 3 or week C of phase 10(X). This week I will have 2 heavy leg days and 2 heavy chest days. Today was a heavy leg day.

Hang Clean
I was not at a gym with good equipment so I did these more as a warm up.
6 - 175 x 2

Squats

Rest ~ 2:00
6 - 2955 x 3

Reverse Lunge
Rest ~ 1:30
5 - 200 x 5

Leg Curls
Rest ~ :30
6 - 200 x 4

RDL
Rest ~ :30
3 - 185 x 8
