My Workout - Phase X, Week C ~ Day 3

Weight Training Journal





Today was a lighter workout. I am glad of that because my legs were so sore


Snatch:
6 - 155 x 3 ~ Rest - 1:30 "Again these were more of a warm up."
Box Squats: 4 - 185 x 8 ~ Rest - 1:30 "Well below parallel with a pause on the bottom to take away the stretch reflex."
Step Ups:
4 - 135 x 8 ~ Rest - :30
Lunge:
4 - 135 x 8 ~ Rest - :45
