This is a 30lbs drop from last week.

Walking Lunges
Done to 10:00 and 2:00
5 - 155 x 8

Rev Hyper Extensions
5 - 35 x 10

Glute Ham Raises
3 - BW x 6

Well That is it my 2 week 12 day overreaching phase is over. I am glad to have that behind me, there were days I just did not want to workout and have been so sore and tired. I will enjoy the next few days off.
