My Workout - Phase X ~ Week E, Day 2

My Workout



This is a Heavy day. All exercises are broken into superset groups. 90 second rest after completion of 2nd exercise.

Bench: Wave - 330x3, 340x2, 350x1, 340x3, 350x2, 360x4 ~ I had a spot so I thought I would try a few extra reps on my last set,
Chins: 6 - 70 x 2

Inverted Row: 4 - 30 x 8
Incline DB Press: 4 - 120 x 5 - 2 - 1

Face Pulls: 4 - 110 x 8
Arnold press: 5 - 70 x 4

Up Right Rows: 3 sets of 12
Decline DB skull Crushers:
3 sets of 12
Cable Preacher Curls: 3 sets of 12
