My Workout



Today was a light day. The goal of the light days is to do less work and to add some speed into the moving muscles.

Cycling Split Squat: 5 - BW x 3/leg
Power Clean Followed by Front Squat: 5 - 155 x 5
Body Lean: 5 - BW x 5
GM: 5 - 155 x 5
Snatch Grip RDL: 3 - 135 x 10, Good way to work my grip without extra work.
