Pause Rack press: 295 x 3, 315 x 3, 335 x 1, 2 - 345 x 1
Neutral Grip Chin Up's: 5 - 70 x 3
Incline DB Press: 5 - 2 x 120 10 rest 2 x 120
BOR: 5 - 185 x 5

I had to cut it short today but that is OK because I did not have much left to give anyway.
