My Workout




Bench: 5 sets ~ 315 x 3 +2, 305 x 3 +2, 295 x 3 +2, 285 x 3 +2, 285 x 3 +2
Over Hand Grip Pull Ups: 5 - 40 x 3 + 2
DB Incline Neutral Grip: 3 - 105 x 5, 2 - 95 x 5
Seated Rows Wide Grip: 5 - 185 x 6

I wanted to do more but ran out of time. I will have to get a little extra in on Monday.

x3 +2 means I did 3 reps rested 30 seconds and did 2 more reps
