My Workout




Standing Shoulder Press: 5 - 175 x 3 + 2
Under Hand Grip Pull Ups:
5 - 50 x 3 + 2

Close Grip Bench: 5 - 245 x 5
Pull Downs at 40 degree angle: 5 - 180 x 6
One Arm Row: 3 - 80 x 12
EZ curls: 3 - 115 x 6
Elbows out Extensions: 3 - 50 x 6


x3 +2 means I did 3 reps rested 15 seconds and did 2 more reps
