Deload Week - Phase III ~ Sat

My Workout

As my deload week continues I did another Crofsfit style workout. It was not their prescribed workout but something that I thought would provide a great High Intensity workout.

I did 4 rounds of the following exercises as fast as I could.

Row: 500m
Wall Ball Toss: 20lbs x 30
Super Wide Pull Ups: BW x 6
One Arm Push Ups: 3 each arm
