My Workout - Phase III ~ Week A Day 1

My Workout



First workout of new phase. I will post the details of this phase of the next week.

Bench Press: for 3's - 275, 295, 305, singles - 315, 325, 335
Under Hand Grip Pull Ups:
5 - 50 x 4

DB Incline Neutral Grip Press: 3 sets w/ 95lbs, 3 x (2 w/ 10sec rest)
Seated Rows - Close Grip: 3 - 200 x 6
Arnold Press: 3 sets w/ 60lbs x7, x6, x6
21's: 2 - w/85 had to drop to 15's for last set
Elbows out Extensions: 3 - 40 x 8


3 x (2 w/ 10sec rest) means I did 2 reps rested 10 seconds then repeated for a total of 3 times
