B1 - Weighted Chin Ups: 6x 2
B2 - Shrugs: 3x12
C1 - DB Upright Row: 3 x 12
C2 - TRX Inverted Rows: 4x10
D1 - DB Incline Press: 4x6
D2 - Band Pulls: 3x5
E1 - Dips: 4x8
E2 - One Arm Row: 4x8
F - TRX Weighted Push Ups: 4xfailure
