A - Bench Press: 4 - 6x300 last set hit it for 8
B - Incline: 4 - 245x6
C - Pull Down:
3 220x6; overhand wide grip
D - Pull Down: 3 - 220x6 underhand close
E - One Arm Rows: 3 - 135x6
F - Shoulder Press:
4 - 175x6

G1 - DB Skull Crushers: 12 - 55x6
G2 - Lat Raise, Front Raise, Rear Delt: 3 -25x12
