The video is from Men's Health magazine. The workout was put together by the strength and conditioning coach of the North Carolina Tar Heals. It is a great little core circuit that will really work those abs. It is only 10 exercises but do not let that fool you, it works.
Give it a try after your workout next trip to the gym.
