I am on the road, visiting my home back in NS. I still want to make sure I get my workouts in so I stopped into a local gym to get a quick workout in. I did not want to spend too much time in the gym so I did a quick full body workout made totally of compound movements.
Deficit deadlifts 5x5
2a. Front press 5x5
2b. Weighted pull ups 5x5
3a. DB Neutral grip incline press 3x8
3b. one arm row 3x8
This was quick but very effective, I think this is one of my favorite workouts for building muscle mass, size and strength. It is quick but very effective. I suggest you give it a try.
