Today was the first day of my new program. Lots of pushing today. Day 1 is more of a strength day so the reps were low and the weight was a little heavier.
started of with bench
Bench Press - 5x5
DB Incline - 4x5
Standing shoulder press - 5x5
Close grip bench - 4x5
Shrugs - 5x5
Shoulder combo - 2 sets of 50 reps
Triceps push downs - 3x15
