My Workout, Upper Body Training - 12/10/09

Today was an upper body workout, For the core lifts it was 5's and all the assistance work it was 12's. Here is what I did on my quest to get bigger and stronger.

1. Standing Shoulder Press: x5, x3, 2x5, max out set
2.a Pull Ups: 3x10
2.b Neutral Grip DB Bench: 3x12
3.a Hammer Incline: 3x12
3.b Hammer Mid Row: 3x12
4.a Face Pulls: 4x12
4.b DB Nose Breakers: 4x12
