My Workout ~ Upper Body - 01/18/10

This is what I did in the gym Monday
.

Bench Press: 225x6, 255x3, 275x5, 295x3, 315x4
Close Grip Incline Press: 135x5, 185x8, 205x8, 225x8
Pull Down, Wide Grip: 150x12, 3 @ 190x8
Weighted Dips: 3@ 80x10
Bent Over Rows: 3@ 150x10
