My Workout - Phase II Week A Day 1

Weight Training Journal

My Workout



DB Snatch: Worked my way up to 105
Deadlift: 3 - 435 x 1, 3 - 355 x4
Front Squat: 5 - 155 x 5
Lunge: 5 - 185 x 5
TRX Hamstring Curls:
3 - BW x 10
Pistol Squats: 3 - BW x 8

The front squats were a break and practice. The lunges were going to be tough so I thought a chance to catch my breath and work on my flexibility and technique was a good transition.
