Friday was my last day of my workout routine. Monday I will start a new program with lots of volume. Kind of going into a mass building phase.
1. Bench: 4x2 at 93% of max
2a. Inverted rows: 4x10
2b. DB Shoulder press: 4x8
3a. rear delt fly: 3x15
3b. Shrugs: 3x10
4a. Curls: 3x12
DB Nose breakers: 3x12
Nothing too crazy, just a nice way to finish off the phase and start into the next one.
