Chest
Bench Press
285 x 3, x 4, 275 x 4, x 4, x 4
Rest - 2:00
Incline Dumbell press
100 x 5, 95 x 5, 90 x 6, x 4, 85 x 5
Rest: 60 seconds
This was a poor workout, I was not happy with the way things went today. I could not push a thing so I cut it short. I had a plan to do decline, flys, and dips but just did not feel that it was worth going on.

Some days its like that. Its frustrating I know. Some things that motivate me especially when I'm not in the mood: Good music to lift to, reviewing my strengths (and weaknesses) in a mirror, and/or a good lifting partner.
Do you lift at home, a club or what?
I'm sure tomorrow will be a better day.
Thanks for your time and comment. I lift at a smaall gym. I will take a few pictures and post them. Even though it is small it has most things I need. Because it is small I do not have people to workout with or give me spots. There are times that I am the only person in the weight room, this is nice in one way but not so good in other ways.
I hear you, everyday can not be a max lift or new PR. I do not go to meets so a bad day at the gym does not matter that much, I think it is hard on my ego only and the weight room is no place for an ego.
