Legs - Building size and Strength
Squats
5 - 275 x 5
Rest - 2:00
I was not able to get all 25 reps but I still think things went well.
Reps x5, x5, x5, x4, x3
I did not want touse a belt today and found it more of a challenge. I do not mind the missed reps because I did not the belt, with it they would have been easy.
Leg Press, single
5 - 290 x 8
Rest: :45
I did them all but it hurt again this week.
SLDL (on smith)
5 - 240 x 8
Rest: :45
I felt these.
Seated Hamstring curls
3 - 135 x 1o
Rest: :45
Hyper Ext
5 -45 x 12

You have a link to a weight lifting journal that doesn't take you to anything that is of great use. I saw a blog that shows a great tool for entering in your weight lifted and also gives you chart representation so you can see how you are doing. You sound like you really know what you are doing but maybe this might help too. I asked the gentlemen for an excel file and he is more than willing to hand it out.
