Week 2 - DE Legs

"DE" Legs

Today was an off day, below is my las workout in my new 6 week cycle. See my 6 day workout plan here.

Box Squat
Rest - :45
12 - 165 x 2
Done off a 8" box.

Lower Body Plyo's
3 - bounds x 10/leg
3 - oneleged hops for distance x 10/leg
3 sets of frog jumps x 10

Hyper Ext
5 - 25 x 15
Rest - :45
I find these so very tough. When done I need a good low back stretch and a little rest. I find I cannot even stand up straight afterwards.

Ended with a few sets of single leg bicep curls
