Week 2 of my new 6 week cycle.

Plyo Push Up's
with a lateral (right to left and back) hop over a med ball
8 - BW x 4
Rest - :45
The idea is to get lots of spring and a quick push when I hit the ground again on the other side of the ball.

Push Up's
From ground up an on to one med ball centred under my pec's.
Rest - :45
8 - BW x 4

Close Grip Bench
5 - 245 x 5
Rest - 1:30

Seated Cable Tricep Ext
5 - #8 x12
Rest - :45

Push Downs
5 sets weight that allows reps grater than 6 and les than 12
Rest - :45
90 x 10, x8
80 x 7, x8
70 x10
