Step Up's
2 - 135 x 20
This was part of my warm up.

Deadlift
5 sets with Rest - 2:30
405 x 3, 425 x 1, 445 x 1, 465 x 1, 425 x 2
This week I decided to keep the weight the same but cut my rest by 30 seconds. The 465 was much easier this week. I did not increase the weight because the lift was not perfect and I do not use a suit or belts. Next week I think I will cut the rest again and try the same weight. If the 465 looks nice I will try 20 more pounds.

Smith Shoulder Press
5 - 230 x max

Up Right Rows
5 - 135 x 8
Rest - :45

Reverse Flys on a Bosu
5 - 20 x 12
