Week 3 - ME Chest

I cut my rest by 30 seconds from last weeks workout. 335 felt so heavy I was not sure 345 would go up, but for some reason the 345 was a piece of cake. Last week it was ugly but this week it was light.

Chins
Rest - 1:00
5 - 25 x Max
x6, x6, x5, x6, x5

Seated Rows Wide grip
5 - 230 x 4
Rest - 1:30

Pull Downs with a close grip
5 - sets Rest - :45
200 x 8, 190 x 7, 180 x8, 170 x 8, 160 x 10

Pull overs
5 - 85 x 10
Rest - :45

Solid workouts you've been having. Any meets in the near future?

Thanks Michael. I live in Northern MI and there is not much in the way of powerlifting up here. I may think about lookoin for meets further away. Good job with the ADAU National Championship Results.
