I was amazed at how easy the fist 2 reps of every set went up.
Shoulder Press
5 - 70 x 10
Rest - 1:00
x10, x 7, x6
I had to drop the weight
60 x 7, x7
I thought that these would be easy, 140 on the smith press is just a warm up. I see I need to work on the muscles that are not needed when I work on the smith press.
I had to go early and do some work at the track.
