My legs were dead today so I thought I would skip the weights and and head to the track. I did a few sprints and two sets of plyo's. There was not much spring there so I kept things short. I think my last leg workout needed more time to recover.

On Monday DE chest and some tri's.

Thanks, the program has worked well for me. I did find some days tough as past workout added up.
