Week 3 of my Current mass macrocycle cycle

I am still on vacation and got a a pass to a local LA Fitness. I must say the place is large but nothing special. I am not sure if all of them are the same but I was not impressed with this one.

Chins
Rest - :45
5 Sets W/ Body Weight
x 10, x8, x7, x8, x7

Bent Over Rows
Rest - :45
5 - 135 x 7
Too light, or too few reps.

Pull Downs - Close Grip
5 - 140 x 10
Rest - :30
I found these hard and could not make all my reps for all my sets.

Chest Supported Rows
3 - 170 x 10
Rest - :30
Easy.

Rows - Seated W/ Rope (face pulls)
3 - 110 x 10
Rest - :30

EZ Bar Bicep Curls
5 - 100 x 10
Rest - 1:00
I had to drop down to 90 after the second set.

Preacher Curls
3 - 75 x 20
Rest - :45
No problems here.
