Week 3

"Hypertrophy" Legs



Week 3 of my Current mass macrocycle cycle

Still on vacation and at LA Fitness.


Squats
5 - 225 x 10
Rest - 1:30
Nice and Deep.

Makeshift Glute Ham
Rest - :45
4 - bw x 6
i do not have access to a glute hamstring machine so I use the lat pull down machine. These are hard.

Deadlift
5 - 315 x 6
Rest - 1:00
I could tell that I was working.

On vacation so I do not want to work too hard. Not long but still a good workout.
