"Hypertrophy" Chest

Week 3




Week 4 of my Current mass cycle

I am back from vacation and have returned to my gym.

Bench Press
Rest - 2:00
5 - 225 + Chains x 6
The chains add about 50 pounds.
I only hit 6 reps once, for the rest I did 4 reps. Not what I want but that is what I got.

Incline DB Press
Rest - :45
5 - 70 x 10
The last 2 sets I was only able to get 8.

Decline Smith Press
Rest - :45
5 - 220 x 108
It was a chore but I did it.

Dips
Rest - :30
3 - BW x 12
Hard

FT 360 Cable X ovres
Rest - :30
3 - #5 x 12
Nice way to finish.
