Leg Day - Hypertrophy Week 4

Weight Training

Week 4

"Hypertrophy" Legs



Squats
10 - 185 x 10
Rest - 1:00
When i do this many reps I find it hard to push through all of them. Squats just are not fun. This is just as much a mental workout as a weight workout.

Walking Lunge
Rest - :45
3 - 135 x 20 strides
This is also a mental lift, and they hurt so much. Even though I got all goal sets some were not as deep as they should have been.

Prone Curls
5 - 70 x 7
Rest - :45

Today was short and to the point. The squats were to the floor, well for the most part and the curls were just a little extra bonus.
