You will not believe this study
The things people waste money on. I think they will do a study for anything.
A study in Psychosomatic Medicine has confirmed that people tend to consume food in order to self-medicate their feelings of stress or anxiety.
The scientists and experts call this "emotional eating."
That little bit of news may have come as a real shocker to you. : )
I know that this is kind of funny but this may be the number one reason diets fail. I have seen it many times as you may have had it happen to you before.

Blows my mind that there really are just so many simple excuses people find as a relevant reasoning behind why they accept failure. Everyone goes through this emotioal rollercoaster and many many people have no issue grinding through...Instead of overeating why don't people take those stresses out at the gym, or on a run or swim or bike ride. I guess for some it is not the same feeling, but at the end of a bunch or frustration there is nothing better than that sweaty grind you feel at the gym..

You are right, there are lots of excuses people give to explain their failures. If they just stuck to healthy eating and exercise things would be so different and there would not be any more need for excuses.
