Today is light and faster than normal with a few explosive lifts.

Cleans Followed by Front Squats: 5 - 155 x 5
Jumping Split Squats: 5 - BW x 6
Good Morning: 5 - 155 x 5
Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls: 5 - BW x 10
