Weight Lifting Journal for Saturday
Bench: 5 sets ~ 315 x 3 +2, 305 x 3 +2, 295 x 3 +2, 285 x 3 +2, 285 x 3 +2
Over Hand Grip Pull Ups: 5 - 40 x 3 + 2
DB Incline Neutral Grip: 3 - 105 x 5, 2 - 95 x 5
Seated Rows Wide Grip: 5 - 185 x 6
I wanted to do more but ran out of time. I will have to get a little extra in on Monday.
x3 +2 means I did 3 reps rested 30 seconds and did 2 more reps

Great BLOG!!! i'm still looking for a n online tool that could help tracking my exercise results. found 2 "FREE" kick-ass sites. one is gyminee.com and one is gymlobby.com both offer great features to track nutrition and exercises. personally, i like gymlobby a bit more due to their nice and easy to use user-interface. if anyone has another proposal, please let me know.
