My Workout - Phase I Week B Day 5

Weight Training Journal

My Workout




DB Snatch: Worked my way up to 105
Hang Power Clean: 5 - 185 x 5
Deadlift: 5 - 365 x 5 this was more of a grip workout than leg, I do not want to use straps any longer and have to build up my grip strength so pulling numbers will be low for some time.
Lunge: 5 - 155 x 5
Swiss Ball Curls Single leg:
5 - BW x 5
