Week 3 - DE Legs and Bicep's

Weight Training

"DE" Legs





Today was an off day, below is my las workout in my new 6 week cycle. See my 6 day workout plan here.

Box Squat
Rest - :45
12 - 135 x 2 plus 50lbs of chains
Done off a 8" box.

Lower Body Plyo's
3 - bounds x 10/leg
3 - one leg hops for distance x 10/leg
3 sets of frog jumps x 10

GM
5 - 135 x 10
Rest - :45
I hate these things. I do not see how people can do this with lots of weight.

Bicep Curls
5 - 95 x 10
Rest - :45
On my last two sets I was only able to 8 and then 6. I am not too woried about the numbers I get here. I do not feel as though my arms hold be back in any exercise.

Cable preacher Curls
5 - #5 x 10
Rest - :45
I did these one arm at a time. I was not able to get all reps, maybe next time.

Thanks Rick, I have had some tough workouts in the past few weeks. I believe that good things will come of this cycle. Maybe I will try heavier weight with restricted ROM. I still hate these, we will see what time will bring.
