Cleans: triples - 90Kg x 7 with 90 sec rest
Squats: 12 - 175 x 2 - Maximum explosion
RDL: 3 - 175 x 10 w/ 3 sec hold at the bottom

RX Pistol Squat: 3 - BW x 5
