Step Up's
2 - 135 x 20
This was part of my warm up.

Deadlift
5 sets with Rest - 3:00
405 x 3, 425 x 1, 445 x 1, 465 x 1, 425 x 2
I increased the rest in hopes of increased weight. The 465 was uguly but I did get it up.

Smith Shouylder Press
5 - 230 x max
Rest - 2:00
x4, x3, x, x3, x4

Shurgs
5 - 315 x 12
Rest - :45

Thanks Erik, I have a long way to go yet but if I keep at it I will reach my goals.
